We are in the 21st century with enormous scientific and technological developments influencing our ways of action drastically. Companies, research and education institutions are constantly facing with new challenges due to such phenomena as globalization, increased mobility and diversity. In today's global village, training is emerging as an essential component of each organization.International Institute for Energy Studies (IIES) like other research institutes plays a major role in advancement of technology and relies heavily on highly qualified scientists in IRAN. Training is certainly essential for improving and promoting the human resources and this could be achieved through training courses, seminars and workshops.IIES/ Specialized training courses are designed carefully, so they are able to meet the specific needs of the trainees. They also include rich and up-to-date contents offered by distinguished Iranian and foreign instructors (Please see course calendar)In addition to short-term training courses, IIES also provides following activities:- A master's course on ? Energy Economics in collaboration with local & International Universities (to be announced)
- IIES is holding a master's course on Energy Economics, 1996-2001 in Tehran and 13 Persons are graduated successfully.
- IIES supports PhD and MSc thesis on energy economics (Please see attach)
