All plenary sessions will be held on ]6th and ]7th February 1997 at the main conference center on Kish Island. The official conference language is Farsi, English and Russian. In addition, concurrent translation shall be provided.
A thorough package has been arranged for The participants of the conference and exhibition. The registration fee is UK£ 1500 per delegate and UKP 1200 for each accompanying delegated. This offer is inclusive of accommodation, meals, transportation and services (excluding telephone calls) for four days and four nights. Rooms will be reserved by Organizing Committee at a prominent hotel on Kish Island. In addition, the package includes attendance at ail sessions, refreshments, complete conference documentation as presented by the speakers, and invitations to all official functions. Transportation to and from Kish, from Tehran or Dubai, shall also be arranged by the Organizing Committee. However, as the conference takes place at the peak of Kish's tourist season it is therefore strongly Exhibition space There is an opportunity to exhibit your company's services and products at specially provided booths at the entrance to the conference hall. The exhibition fee is UKC 300/m2. Display space is, however, limited, and facilities will be provided on a first come first serve basis. Therefore early reservation is advisable. For sponsorship packages, including advertising in the conference documentations and sponsoring a luncheon, please contact the Organizing Committee. With respects to customs clearance, delegates with important equipment as par of their exhibit are strongly advised to contact the Organizing Committee as soon as possible.
Enter visa regulation
Travelers to Kish Island do not require a visa. However, should you desire to visit the mainland, or prefer to travel to Kish via Tehran, visa arrangements will be done on your behalf. For this service, please contact the Organizing Committee at the earliest possible stage, allowing four weeks for the processing of the visa applications. or information regarding travel arrangements, please contact the Organizing Committee with details of your itinerary for assistance. Should a delegate be unable to attend, a substitute delegate can attend on one's behalf. However, in the event of a cancellation, notification in writing must be received before 16 January, 1997. A 15% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund. No refunds can be obtained for cancellations received after 17 January,1997.
