It is evident that the Institute of International Energy Studies, with the knowledge of the process of technological changes, with the approach of comprehensive analysis of the energy sector and identification of bottlenecks in operational sectors in the scope of the energy industry, can help decision makers with adopting innovative strategies.
Therefore, according to the requirements of the competitive and increasingly evolving conditions of the energy field, as well as in order to stay safe from the powerful waves of environmental changes that some experts interpret as a storm of environmental changes, Strategic Technology Studies Center with an intelligent
monitoring approach and the innovative development of key technologies based on upstream documents and technology development roadmap was created to study both the optimal combination of resources and the performance and strategic responses in the field of technology. Since technology is a strategic resource for the oil industry, it also requires a strategic approach.
